Hmmm, strange question, made me curious too.

¡A callar!-------expresses a more energetic command

¡Callarse todo el mundo!---often used instead of callen/callad, as this way you need not distinguish between formal or informal

Another case...no idea.

I remember one from a thread yesterday on "recetas". You use them when making impersonal commands.

No fumar.

The only other one that comes to mind is with the nosotros command.

Vamos+a+infinitive

Whether you consider the nosotros commands part of the imperative mood is arbitrary.
