Hola a todos:

I was a curious as others about "Happy as a sandboy". I Googled the phrase and came up with this link ----> Sandboy..

Well, I mean, you can imagine my delight. I was as happy as a proverbial sandboy.

Now there's an expression that will never make it to my list of biggest and best.

Thanks for the research, Moe. Not a phrase I'll be using any time soon. :-) - --Mariana--, Dec 1, 2009

The dictionary says:

Estar como unas pascuas = to be as happy as a sandboy.

I'm not quite sure what a "sandboy" is.... confused
