Como suena esta oracion?
¿esta oracion es correcta?
"El realismo mágico es un género artístico, popular en la mitad del siglo XX, que incorpora elementos sobrenaturales en un contexto que, por lo demás, es normal y creíble."
I want to say, Magical realism is an artistic genre, popular in the mid twentieth century, that incorporates supernatural elements in an otherwise normal and believable context.
Does it work? Are there mistakes? I was especially uncertain about how to say 'otherwise'.
gracias!

Are you asking if it is grammatically correct or if what it states is true? I would question the time frame (1950.) I remember the Wizard, Lord of the Rings, Magic cards, Dungeons and Dragons, Harry Potter, etc. coming in the latter half of the XX century.
The Sci-fi, monster movies, etc. that I remember from the 50's had nothing to do with magic. Their supernatural was limited to vampires, mummies, werewolves and ghosts. I might give you witchcraft and devil worship, but even those are more popular later. (Rosemary's baby, The Craft, The Exorcist, the Omen Series, Steven King, etc. make the earlier movies and books pale in comparison).
i'm asking if it's grammatically correct.
