Vestirse is the infinitive here. Yo me visto means "I dress [myself]..." Yo me visto bien - I dress well. Yo me visto antes de salir de la casa.- I get dressed before leaving the house. The nice thing about Spanish is that they don't confuse things with words like get dressed, but rather they say it plainly: I dress.. Me visto..
