The word "Sandungueo"

Question

Ok, I understand this word overall, IE: La música sandungeuo

But, I'm having trouble translating it to someone. Can anyone help with this?

"sandunguear" is to have a wild time.

We use to saying "nosotros nos vamos ir de sandungueo". We are going to have a wild time.

Then, "música de sandungueo" = "música de marcha" (not militar but the music to be danced, for example, in a discotheque or a party and so on).
