What is the spanish equivalent for "by the way" and "for your information"?

I know how to literally say "for your information" but would that make sense to a native speaker? Or is there another equivalent phrase for it? I have the same question for the phrase "by the way" too.
Thanks for your help!

By the way: a proposito, hablando de todo un poco.
For your information is literal para tu/su información.
