Translate "ya estas" in english

I was talking to a friend, and I said to him "please tell everyone I said hello" and he responded "ya estas". Another time, I said "I am coming to Mexico, do you want to see me?" and again he responded "ya estas, quiero verte" I thought it means "you already are" or "you are now" but it doesn't make sense in context. Any other meanings?

How about "you've got it!" in that context.
In another context (such as a mom zipping up a child's coat) it means" there you go!"
