Atabajo in relation to Hasta Abajo

Question

So I've been noticing this word and phrase have a very close sound, and I'm wondering if the word is actually an abbreviation for the phrase. The phrase is Hasta Abajo, but if you say it fast, for example in music, it kind of sounds like the word Atabajo. Anyways, let me know what ya'll think and if you have an answer.

I've just listened to "Hasta Abajo" by Don Omar and "Hasta Abajo Papi" by Tiburon Valdez - and yes, in the part Asi hasta abajo soy yo and Hasta abajo Hasta abajo papi they seem to contract it this way.

Turning the "s" sound into a simple aspiration (especially at the ends of words) is not uncommon in much of Andalucia and (because that was the home of many conquistadores/settlers/sailors who went to the New World) fairly widespread among the Spanish-speaking islands of the Caribbean (and, to a lesser extent, other parts of Latin America).
