Co-worker in Spanish?

Co-worker in Spanish?

I looked up "co-worker" in the dictionary and got "compañero(a) de trabajo".

Is this really what is used? I feel like there's got to be another (shorter!) more commonly used word or phrase.

Thanks cheese
