How do you say "Be good"?....as a goodbye type comment. I was figuring you could say Ser Bueno. Right or wrong?

"Sé" is the informal imperative command form of "Ser". It also means "I know" but you just filter that out in this context. - Gustav-R, Nov 24, 2009

You are right, but you have to conjugate the verb:
que seas bueno, sé bueno
