How to Say Calle 13

I feel ridiculous asking this question. When saying aloud the name of the group Calle 13 should I say "Calle trece" or "Calle thirteen"?

If I'm talking to English-only people I feel really pretentious (even more than usual) if I say "Calle Trece" but that seems like it would be correct. Correct?

If that's there name then that's there name...Calle Trece, otherwise they'll be called Thirteen Street

You'll feel different after you say it a few times.

Wow. Thirteenth Street actually sounds really cool. Now I feel stupid for wanting to say it Street Thirteen.
