Hi, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to say the following words
home-schooling, and environmental science
Would it be correct to say "enseño a mis niños a casa?"
and "enseño un curso de ..." for environmental science?

Excellent question...
"Home schooling" could be "les enseño a mis hijos en casa."
The translation for "environment" is "el medio ambiente". You might try "estudios sobre el medio ambiente" or "las ciencias del medio ambiente."
