I hope you are well. I’m not sure if we spoke before your birthday. Congrats before hand, I hope you have taken the correct decisions. May God bring you joy in this, your anniversary. Good Luck.

More examples of No sé si...:

No sé si vaya a tu casa mañana, me siento un poco cansado.

I do not know if I am going to your house tomorrow, I feel tired.

No sé si pueda terminar mi tarea a tiempo, pero voy a dar mi mejor esfuerzo.

I do not know if I am finishing my homework on time, but I will give it my best shot.

Since I do not if I am talking to you before your birthday, so I wish you a happy birthday in advance!

The following expression refers to a possible future event:

This is another way of express the same meaning:

Because I might not be able to speak to you (again) before your birthday, I am congratulating you before hand.

Not hable, hablé, I missed that accent mark again. - 0068e2f4, Nov 21, 2009
It changes the meaning Mokay. It's like street talk --- Like I don't know if I talked to you before your birthday --- meaning he doesn't remember if he called him or not. - 0068e2f4, Nov 21, 2009
The birthday has not taken place yet. That is why the sender says "felicitaciones adelantadas" (in advance). "hablé" with the accent markis in the past. - Mokay, Nov 21, 2009
