Regarding "lo"

First of all, I get "lo" completely. I only have one tiny hang-up. It regards a sentence like this one:
"You know how stupid he is" would be "sabes lo tonto que es"? Yes. So far so good. But if the subject of the sentence is "she" would that be "lo tonta"?? Say I'm talking about myself for instance, would it be "sabes lo tonta que puedo ser a veces" or something("You know how stupid I can be sometimes?")

100% right.
Not saying that you are "tonta" sometimes 
. I'm talking abouth the use of "lo".
