How do I order a ground beef enchilada?

In Mexican restaurants I am asked to choose between two kinds of beef enchiladas. I want to order the one using ground up beef. How do I order that kind. Also, I want to order a diet drink. How do I order that.

"carne de vaca molida" means ground beef.

(I double-checked this on Translation, but Babelfish has it as: "meat from a worn-out cow!" Which is likely true, and one reason I avoid eating beef, anywhere.)

As for diet soda, just say "Coca (o Pepsi, o Fanta) dieta, por favor." That'll get you what you want.
