Cuando leí en el periódico que quizás El Hotel Algarrobico demolerá, estuve muy decepcionada. Estoy segura que un proyecto como este es exactamente lo que esta zona se falta.
Sin duda animará el desarrollo adicional de este tipo, y mejorará la infraestructura de nuestro pueblo. Esto es crucial para el futuro de esta área, y particularmente importante para las jóvenes. Estoy consciente de las temas medioambientales y las razones causando los ecologistas a preocupar, pero como un residente yo sé que es lo más importante y yo sé que las ventajas compensarán los daños al costa – y además, la mayor parte de la construcción ya se ha terminada.
Los impactos económicos podrían ser extraordinarios. No sólo generará empleo, sino también traerá mucha genta al región. También, debemos pensar sobre los negocios, y los individuos, que han estado implicados en el proyecto. Seguramente si el hotel demuela, el efecto financiero sería desastroso, y el coste de indemnizar al promotor sería enorme.
Espero que otras personas puedan entender mi lado de la discusión, y que sea resuelto muy pronto.

I assume that the first sentence you are saying that you heard of the possible demolition of the Algarrobico Hotel. Therefore you'll want to change the first sentence to say "Cuando leí en el periódico que quizás El Hotel Algarrobico seria demolido, estuve muy decepcionada."
The difference here is that what you read in the paper was that the hotel could possibly be demolished. Your original sentence translated more like "... the Hotel Algarrobico would demolish....." As you can see the difference is that hotel is not doing any demolishing but instead possibly being demolished.
Second sentence could be best composed as "Estoy segura que un proyecto como este es exactamente lo que falta en esta zona." or "Estoy segura que un proyecto como este es exactamente lo que esta zona necesita." or even, "Estoy segura que un proyecto como este es exactamente lo que hace falta en esta zona." Any of these options ties the sentence to the idea you are trying to present. Otherwise the final two words are out of place as they don't form part of your intended meaning.
The beginning of the second paragraph is a little ambiguous and rather that saying "desarrollo adicional de este tipo" state what type of development you are talking about. Just makes it easier to follow but is not an issue with translation.
The second sentence in the second paragraph states at the end "y particularmente importante para las jóvenes." but I would only ask if your meaning was to solely refer to the female gender... otherwise use "...los jóvenes."
In the third sentence in this paragraph, in the part that states "...y las razones causando los ecologistas a preocupar." add an a in front of 'los' and use the word 'preocupación' instead of 'a preocupar', so that it reads "y las razones causando a los ecologistas preocupación"
