There was a recent thread about DOA (Dead on Arrival). I found the following site which lists hundreds of Acronyms used by doctors. There must be a large amount in Spanish as well, such as the following:
AAA (or Triple A): Ay Ay Ay. Wound-up Hispanic female unable to tolerate even the small discomfort of removing an adhesive plaster, but not yet full-blown histrionics.
ALC - a la casa (send the patient home)

AAA-that one is bound to get some responses. Even I don't find that politically correct.
