Here is my english version, i'm really stuck. Got a D :(
I think I'm pretty fit. Actually, my current eating habits are such as a balanced diet. Como different types of food, so like, I usually eat fruit and vegetables every day because it is very good for health and rich in vitamins and minerals. We also eat a variety of meat, ham, pork and chicken. As slowly I sit at the table and then rest a little. However, as a bit of chocolate and ice cream, which are bad for health. I love the bananas, strawberries, cheese and bread, but I do not like the tomatoes, peppers and seafood. I drink plenty of water, milk, which is rich in calcium and too much fruit juice.
My previous eating habits were pretty bad, because this was not balanced diet. I ate nothing but bread and biscuits. I ate also, a lot of fish and steamed vegetables. Which is pretty good for health, and rich in proteins. As quickly, did not even sit at the table, because I was always busy or not hungry. I try to spend time with my family and friends but sometimes it is not possible, meaning it was hard to eat at sensible times. I ate, bananas and strawberries, and do now. I drank lots of fizzy drinks and a little alcohol, which is bad to health.
Currently I do a lot of sports. Playing netball, hockey, badminton, basketball and sometimes football. I love netball because it is fun, stimulating and make new friends. I also do the trampolining, the dancing, the gym and sometimes running. I practice sport sport 4 times a week, sometimes 5 times a week. I love dance because it is individual, creative, fun, good exercise and adrenaline rushes. The past week, I sport every day, because it was half term. I did the trampolining, the dancing, running, gym, basketball and walked.
My old habits of exercise, they were more of netball and hockey, but less badminton and basketball. I hated basketball because it was very rough and embarrassing, but was part of my GCSE's. He practiced sports, 2 times a week, sometimes less, depending on how much time I had set aside. She loved running and swimming, because they were exciting, good for health and individual, however very boring.
The preventions of being fit is that only get a maximum of 7 hours sleep per day, which means I'm very tired, also means I have no energy. Other precautions are stressed. I'm really stressed out these days, because of duties and dedicacions to dance. Also, I drink a little alcohol into parties, which is bad for health. I hate drugs and cigarettes because they are very unhealthy and may make me very ill. For most people, I think that alcohol, cigarettes and drugs are the biggest preventions of being fit.
For the future, I want to do more exercise and sports, and apropriados mealtimes, and spending time my family and friends, also for the future, I want to go to a gym. I do more trampolining and dance for my GCSE's and it is good for the health. I would also like to eat better and healthier. I want to improve my mood and mind set. I begin new sport, like; ciclisimo, volleyball or skiing. Bedtime need to be changed to ten instead of eleven-thirty.
I do dance with Elsie, she loves dancing almost as much as me. She also plays netball and badminton, however she did not play hockey, trampolining, running and gym. She hate most sports, because she has no time. She is lovely, funny, quite healthy and great in sport. I prefer doing in my own sport, because it's useful for my GCSE's, interesting and means can concentrate on it.
In my opinion, I am reasonably healthy. I eat a balanced diet and do a lot of sport. I would like to do more sport and eat better food, which is good for health.

Hi Ranchi
Here are some alterations, hope it helps. I have removed some repetitions that you have made but tried to keep your theme.

I will do my best...but I am writing my own paper. I will start at the beginning and perhaps somebody else will or can continue. I speak English and I am learning Spanish. I am not going to change your sentences, I am only going to make them grammatically acceptable. (I hope! I am not a professor) Please ask if you do not understand why something has been changed, that is the only way you will learn!!!! Depending on your level, this paper could use some improvements. If you are just learning English, then this paper is not bad! If you are fluent in English or even at an intermediate level, then you may want to look into some tutor time with your professor. ![]()
Very good attempt
And welcome to the site!!!

I think I am pretty fit. Actually, I currently eat a balanced diet.i would take out the work 'actually' I eat different types of food, therefore I usually eat fruits and vegetables every day because they are good for my health because they contain vitamins and minerals.this is a very long sentence and I would consider making it two sentences We also eat a variety of meat including: beef, ham, pork and chicken.I assumed that you meant beef by your word 'meat' I do not understand what you mean by 'As slowly I sit at the table and then rest a little' nor do I understand 'However, as a bit of chocolate and ice cream, which are bad for health' but I will attempt to do it. I sit at the table and rest a little. I like a bit of chocolate and ice cream, which are bad for my health. I love bananas, strawberries, cheese, and bread. I do not like tomatoes, peppers and seafood. I drink plenty of water and milk, which is rich in calcium. I also drink too much fruit juice.
I think that's pretty good, deserving something better than a D! Hope it goes better next time! ![]()
Please understand this- Spanishdict is not a website which will give you a translation of your coursework, but it is a website that encourages the ability to think and use resources open to you. Once you have translated it to spanish, users here can then help you. I would strongly recommend that you use the sections of this website to improve your vocabulary and also, try going onto the conjugation section where you can conjugate verbs into the correct form- e.g: future tense. I, myself have done the same GCSE coursework which you have done and believe me- to get an A* you need to understand the spanish language and develop the skills you have already. To do this, this website has great facilities........and they're all for free!!!
Im sorry about the D. Well mabye next time,
