Voy a Ecuador

Question

Voy a Ecuador mañana por la mañana durnate un mes. Estaré en una clase de inmersión en español con veinte horas por semana de clases particulares. Espero que este sea un parteaguas en mi capacidad de hablar español. No pienso que podré visitar este sitio hasta que vuelva a EEUU, pero publicaré un mensaje cuando regreso.

I am going to Ecuador tomorrow morning for a month. I will be in a Spanish immersion class with twenty hours per week of individual instruction. I am hoping for a turning point in my ability to speak Spanish. I don't think that I will be able to visit this site until I get back to the US, but I will post a message when I return.

If you want an unusual souvenir from Ecuador, they sell imitation "shrunken heads" for about $2. I bought 12 the last time I was there and sold them for $10 each when I got home!

Lorenzo, have a great trip. You'll be amazed at how much the immersion experience will advance your spanish....especially the speaking part.

I wish you a great trip too!!! I am doing the same thing in march. I am going to Argentina for 3 weeks. 2 weeks at a school (40 hours) and 1 week free!!

I wish you a great trip! I believe it`s the best way to learn - to go to a spanish speaking country for some time. Enjoy your stay!
