the use of party as a verb

I tried to find this in our resources here but could not find a clear answer.

In context. "We were partying all night". Can partying be directly translated to Spanish?

If this knowledge is in our resources let me know. I could use it in the future.

Here is some party lingo -- these may be slang (Mexican):

  • ¡Vamos a parranda! (Let's party!)

  • desarmador (scewdriver -- the drink)

  • mamacitas (foxy/hot chicks)

  • ¡Salud! (Cheers!)

  • bien borracho (drunk)

  • ando pedo (stinkin' drunk, kick in the pants drunk)

  • cruda (hangover)

estar de fiesta or tener una fiesta

We were partying all night

Estuvimos de fiesta toda la noche or estuvimos festejando toda la noche

Tuvimos una fiesta que duró toda la noche
