I would translate it as "You move me" which in English is like saying, "You mean so much to me that you touch my heart."

The Spanish phrase is most likely "Tu eres muy estimulante." And Jeanne has given a good translation.

However I'd like to point out that you typed "eras" which is also a word. That would change the meaning to "You were (or, used to be) moving." One word can make a big difference! wink
