Please, can you tell me if this diccionary can paraphrase a text? I wanted to know this because I'm doing this long, long, long research that has 127 pages in microsoft word and I have a lot to paraprhase.

The short answer is no. You also do not mention the languages you want paraphrasing.

You might want to check out the Google translator, but keep in mind it doesn't always get things quite right. You may need to break the text up a bit.
