Cafetera is the coffe machine. Cafetería is the coffe shop.
On both cases, just add an "s" to the end to form the plural.

The word cafetería is the word for cafeteria but I was unable to find the plural word in either the SpanishDict dictionary or my own copy. I am sure the gurus will weigh in on this soon.
