Exactly, it is the Spanish pronunciation of the English O.K written as a Spanish world.

there are two different types of spanish i know a little bit of both but spanishdict.com only knows one type which does not mean the one with oquei. it means okay

If sounded, based on the letters you gave us, it sounds suspiciously like someone said, "O.K."

 

On the other hand, one of the dictionaries I consulted suggested "hoque" or "oque" as possibly something to be looked at.

 

Is there any chance this came from a longer paragraph or sentence that might give us a hint or clue about the nature of the use of the word? That is, in what context was it used?
