I'm not sure what your question is. You have the right expression that means "What do you want to drink."
However, it's spelled like this: ¿Qué quieres tomar?

¿Qué te gustaría beber?
What would you like to drink - James.
¿Qué quieres beber James?
( James again being a name )
¿Qué quieres tomar?
What do you want to drink - James.
