Anteojos is plural, it requires the plural conjugation form.
Sin embargo, necesitas usar "estar" y no "son" por "location."
It would need be "Donde están mis anteojos?"

I think that you would probably be better using the definite article here as you are referring to a personal article of clothing, but I could be wrong on this point:
¿Dónde están los anteojos/las gafas?
