Did the 'Reputation' counter stop working?

I saw that someone voted for one of my answers, but I "earned 0 rep". Out of curiosity I looked at a few other peoples "reputation" page and the 'rep' earned is 0 for everyone.
Is there something wrong? Or am I overlooking something???

Nothing is wrong, Chaparrito. You only get 200 rep points in a 24 hour period. That's where you are now. So people can vote for you, but you won't get any points.
