Key question.....

Part of my coursework in one of my subjects involves looking at the recent historical phase that the world all went through together: the time that the first 'black' man, Barack Obama became president. As part of this, I've had to conduct a strawpole on how people regard this man with his 'Yes We Can' attitude (which, coincidentally I've already done but just because I'm curious- and a lot more, besides) wat do users on this site, think about Obama? Are you for a Republican administration or a Democrat admin?

HI seb, this forum admits almost any kind of communication, but this is a purely polical post and has no place here in my opinion.

thanks for understandingsmile

I'm an independent but I don't think any party can help us with the direction we're headed in. If I wanted another president to be elected again, it would have to be House Representative Ron Paul or Former President Bill Clinton.

Why would you want Bill Clinton, how would he be different to Obama? - Seb79, NOV 6, 2009

Looking over the fence from Canada is interesting. And yes the fences are now being built in a lot of places.

Personally, I consider the last 40 years to be a stunning indictment of the two party system.

I don't like it when politicians use the word "we" in the all-inclusive sense of everybody cooperating, particularly in this case where Obama's approval rating is so low.
