"Comamos" is the subjunctive first person plural of the verb "comer." For example, "La nutricionista sugiere que comamos alimentos sanos," or, "The nutritionist suggested that we eat healthy food."

"Comamos" is in the subjunctive mood, its present indicative form uses "-emos" and not "-amos."
