How would you translate into Spanish "Retainer Agreement" pertaining to law.

Retain v.- retener | contener | mantener | conservar | contratar (asesoría jurídica).
Probably in this case means: Un acuerdo de contrato por servicios de asesoría jurídica.

From what I understand, it varies by country, but I have heard:
"Iguala jurídica", "Iguala de abogado", "Iguala de asistencia legal", and even "Seguro de defensa" in the criminal context.
