Rules for Posting - Missing on Spanish page.

Question

It seems a bit unfair if a new user is reprimanded for not following the Rules on Posting, when these rules do not appear if you are using this site in the Spanish rather than the English version.

It is the same with the "double-click" facility. There doesn't appear to be any information about this in an easily readable place.
