Flamenco nuevo

Question

Hola a todos! Do you know a Spanish band called Ojos de brujo? I got to know their music a short while ago. I've heard that they represent a type of music called flamenco nuevo... Do you like it? Is it popular in Spain? Do you know any other bands of this sort? Slds.

it's the best new flamenco band in Spain, they are from Barcelona (Warszalona). Sometimes they are a nuisance, but if they had recorded only the good songs they would be one of my favourite bands. (somehow they are) I've seen them at a concert and they were awesome... specially (or especially, give me a hand) the bass player, who played a solo and I fell in love! it's a good choice to listen to flamenco! I bet it's a bit better than Discopolo!! hehe buzka

I don't know much about this topic but I love Spanish Flamenco and how it's played on the guitar. It takes a lot of skill to play Flamenco.
