It's a complete sentence from a Mexican novel. It has to be an expression. The protagonist is in a very fulfilling, romantic relationship and is talking about it.

"siento como estrellas ahí en medio" (I assume that the question mark did not really belong to the quotation.
Not a complete sentences. At the very least, it ought ot be "me siento". As for "like stars there in the middle" (middle of what?) it might make sense with more context.
