buenos tardes i have a question here.
Desde que enciendes el motor natas, por su sonido, su alto desempeño, ademas esta bien balanceado en peso y en potencia
y que es 'rotor' ??

Sounds like a car advertisement, or brochure. I had a hard time translating as well, but it looks roughly like:
"From the moment you start the awesome engine, by its sound, its high performance, in addition to this good balance in weight and in power"
Did you provide a full sentence?
