How could I say "I'm sorry if I wierded you out/offended you"?
I was on a date the other night with a Spanish boy and while trying to explain a bit about my personality (I'm a little bit "crazy", (eccentric, absent-minded sometimes) as we say in English and it's not meant to be taken seriously) I totally botched the translation and ended up totally confusing the poor guy...I think that now he thinks I'm either really crazy or I was trying to dump him....neither of which were intended! I'm eating my words now... How can I explain to him that I'm sorry if I weirded him out and I didn't mean the conversation to turn out that way?! Thanks in advance, people.

HI Amelia, welcome to the site
You could say:
¡Cuánto lo siento ! NO quise decir esto tan raro que dije. Espero que no te hayas ofendido.
