what does "baba" mean in Spanish slang terms?

In the dictionary, "baba" means drool... but I heard of this phrase "mala baba" and I think it's used more like "mala intencion". So does "baba" mean "intencion"?

You're right.
mala baba = mala intención = bad intentions
Often it's used in phrases like "hacer algo con mala baba" or "tener mala baba".
