When do you use" tenga"?
In what context do I use tenga?

It is also the imperative form of tener (i.e., to have) used for Usted (you singular, formal).
I once saw two Hispanic men on a beach (Gulf of Mexico...soy de Florida) playing with a soccer ball. The one was about to kick it into the water as far as he could. The other was in the water waiting for the kick.
The one who was to kick the ball, just beforehand, said, "¡Tenga! ¡Tenga!"
I took it to mean "Get it, get it!"
Tenga is the present subjunctive form of tener for the first and third person.
It is used whenever the subjunctive is called for.
