In Uruguay we use 'pajita'. Be careful with using 'paja', it means a dirty expression.
We say pajita, we do not use paja for that.
We also use "pajita " in Argentina.
I've also been taught 'canita' down here in Andalucia from the cooks in the 'instituto' along with 'pajita'. And thus ends my only post outside of my blogs in the forum! :0) Definitely been a while.
