I'm trying to tell someone on Facebook, a Spanish-speaker, that I'm only friends with people I know in person.

¡Hola! Opinionated:

I see you have researched "to know in person" as Jason7R has asked. Let me try to put it all together for you.

You could say:

I only have friends that I know in person = Sólo tengo amigos que conozco en persona.
