Sound cuts out on flashcard lessons "listen"

Question

Hey. So I just returned to using these lessons for awhile and I noticed that halfway through the listen section on lesson 2.7, at the part where you wait for the girl to say "oso" etc.. and then click on the word "bear" the sound cuts out. Example: the girl says "el oso" and you click "bear" then the clock resets to 30 seconds, starts counting down, and nothing else is said. Halfway through she just stops talking making it impossible to earn any points. What's with that?

The audio is in fact missing for "tickets" and "parrot." I am working on these and will get them up as soon as I can. As for it resetting itself, I have no idea. I just went through the entire lesson and everything worked just fine for me (aside from the 2 missing audio files).

What browser are you using? We seem to be having trouble with Chrome lately.

Well the problem is really interesting now that I have your input. As soon as the word "tickets" or "parrot" is introduced, without audio, the rest of the words will no longer have audio either. I wonder if that is a recognition problem with Opera. Nevertheless, I got "parrot" as the fourth item and when the audio left I guessed at all the others and got 142/200. I would like to take the time to say how awesome it is that you actually answer questions personally....I appreciate it.

And yet, everything else on the internet works fine. Hulu, etc.. so I don't think it's my computer. Also I build computers on the side (for years now) so I have a little know how in that area and I doubt this that I built 3 years ago has a sudden problem. - jeezzle, Oct 28, 2009
