I have heard that watching the telenovelas can really help improve your listening skills. I have gone to the Telemundo website and there are SO many! Can anyone suggest a favorite telenovela to watch?

Try watching "Mañana es para siempre". That was great! It was on Univision. I don't know if you could find copies elsewhere. And right now we're watching an interesting novela called. "En nombre del Amor".

I've watched a few episodes of "Lalola" (I don't know from what country) & it's quite funny. grin Womanizer guy gets cursed & turns into a woman!

For me, telenovelas are boring and insulting to the human race, but if I HAD to watch one, it would be "Mas Sabe el Diablo" because of all the beautiful women.

I really like the telenovelas from DramaFever. For example, I really enjoyed Treat Me Nice (from Argentina) and One Step Forward (from Spain) - the accent is very different on each, so if you're more familiar with Latin American spanish, Treat Me Nice might be a better option. Both telenovelas can be seen for free online (with english subtitles).

Anyone know how to 'download' episodes, so I can watch them offline?
