Is it possible (or allowed) to print out a reference article?

Being a little slow on the uptake sometimes, I would find it very useful to be able to print out some of the reference articles for more detailed study.

I have tried to do so using right click and print, and by using the print option in the bookmark function, but the problem I am having in doing it this way is that the entire page, including the adverts, prints and the actual text that I need is so small that my aging eyes simply cannot read it.

Does anyone know a way to print these articles without the adverts, so that the actual text is larger?

I just copy to word then print from there.

That´s how I do it - and sometimes adjust the font size etc, or just paste these bits that I find most useful.

I have a "read it later" add-on on my browser which means when you come across a page that is interesting, one click will save it in a list to refer back to it at a later date. You can even save these pages to read "off-line". It can be downloaded for free very easily.

I think I've tried to print them with the same result you arrived at.

What I've done is to select/highlight the text or body of the page and "copy" then "paste" it into a clean blank page in my word processor. It will need some cleaning up and formatting in your word processor program, but you will end up with a quite readable product. Oh. Yes. Print in whatever size font you want, but I usually don't need more that a size 12.

Hope this helps. But wait for 1/2 a day at least and see what others say.

Recuerdos/Regards,
