Do you mean if used in a casual greeting? "How's life?"
I've never heard a greeting that uses the Spanish word for 'life' "vida", although it wouldn't surprise me if one existed. But there's dozens of ways to say something similar. Here's a few.
¿Cómo se va?
¿Cómo le va?
¿Qué tal?
¿Cómo está todo?
¿Cómo estás?
¿Qué hay de nuevo?
¿Cómo es la vida? o ¿Cómo te va? o ¿Cómo te ha ido? o ¿Qué onda? All of these mean how's life?
I would just go with ¿Qué tal? because it's the informal way of asking how a person's doing, which is somewhat like the question "How's life?".
Que es que tu pides? Como es la vida para mi? Bueno...te digo. En este momento, quiero vender la casa asi que puedo mover a Nuevo Mejico. Yo me pongo mi fe en Dios. Si no lo hago, o sea, si no voy en el camino de Dios, entonces me da mucha estresa la vida. Pero si ya voy en el Camino del Dios, me siento tranquilo.
