What type of government does Andalucia have?

I've been looking around and I've seen Juan Carlos a lot but I'm not sure who he is or what type of Government Andalucia has. Help?

Adalucia is part of Spain, and the goverment of Spain is a parliamentary monarchy. The head of the goverment is called President of the Goverment. Juan Carlos is the king of Spain ...This pretty much like England that has a monarchy but also has a prime minster who runs the goverment.

Before this fairly new arragement Spain was under a dictadorship. The govermental system changed around the late 1970.
