Existen prejuicios?
Existen prejuicios contra la gente que emplea "vos" en vez de "tú"? Ejemplos - "vos sos", "vos tenés", vos hablás" etc.? Un amigo venezolano me jura que sí. ¿Alguien en este foro tiene alguna opinión o experiencia de la vida?

Como dice Guillermo, si se tuviera prejuicios por esa forma de hablar, se estaría hablando en contra de los argentinos y de los uruguayos, por el simple hecho de tener características propias para pronunciar o escribir.
Personalmente no comparto que existan esos prejuicios. No se puede generalizar por casos particulares, los cuales no son propios de una nacionalidad.
En Latino América existen pronunciaciones y características regionales, locales de cada país y a veces diferentes dentro de un mismo país. Es así como los del Sur de América, encontramos muy diferente cómo habla la gente del Caribe y con seguridad ellos encuentran muy diferente nuestro acento.

I get prejudice from all sides. Let me tell you about it. First, some people don't like me because I'm black (I think I'm brown, but that's another story) Then when speak spanish to some native speaker, they look at me like I'm from Mars because to them it's so strange that a black person would speak spanish. Then when another black person who hears me speak spanish, they think I'm spanish and have all kinds of pre-notions of who I am and where I come from (I'm from Philly...not Puerto Rico). Then I get another kind of prejudice from black people because I'm not that black person who only hangs out with black people. I hang with the spanish, the asians, the russians. Any cool people are cool with me, and I don't pay attention to the color of their skin.
But I've learned that I am what I am and I should embrace that. I can't change what people think. I'm what I am because The Universe, God, Fate, or whatever you feel like calling it made me. So, to be sure, The Little Minds Of the Universe have Prejudice. The Great Minds Of The Universe have better things to think about, for example...when am I gonna be able to beat that Big Boss at the end of the new Halo??? 
Human nature being what it is, I suspect that any region (whether distinguished by its speech/customs/dress/etc) is subject to prejudice by someone.

Y que más, he leído que los argentinos tienen prejuicios contra los argentinos. En Argentina existe un sentimiento entre los porteños (La gente que viven en Buenos Aires) que la gente que viven de otros partes del país son provincianos y también, por un motivo u otro, los provincianos no les gustan los porteños tampoco. Y los dos tienen sus propias maneras (modismos, ritmos, modas etc) de hablar. Pero no sé si ese es verdad o no.
He leído que en Buenos Aires es un dicho: <<Argentina termina en la General Paz>> La General Paz es un calle mayor que circunda a Buenos Aires. Y en la literatura de Robert Arlt hay muchos ejemplos de estos prejuicios.
Si eso es cierto, significa que los venezolanos tienen prejuicios contra los argentinos, cosa que no me extrañaría, ya que no somos muy queridos por la mayoria de los países hispanoparlantes.
