Adjectives can come in many positions. However usually they'll follow the noun they modify. La casa rojo. The red house. El apocalipsis zombie. The zombie apocalypse.

Generally speaking, adjectives that describe are placed after the noun they describe: "la chica alta" - the tall girl; "mi clase preferida" - my favorite class. On the other hand, adjectives that refer to quantity go before the noun: "Hay pocas personas aquí" - there are few people here; "veinte chicas asistieron a la reunión" - Twenty girls attended the meeting.
