Use comparisons with tan...como or tanto(a)... como. In the sentence El club de ajadrez ____ tiene reuniones ____ el club de computadoras. Which do I use here? tan...como or tanto... como?

This sentence is tanto... como because you are talking about how many, but if it was asking which club had, say, louder meetings, you would use tan... como, and the sentence would be: El club de ajedrez tiene reuniones tan ruidosos como el club de computadoras. (although I find this a bit unlikely smile )

Does that make sense?

Should it be "El club de ajadrez tiene ______ reuniones..." rather than "El club de ajadrez _______ tiene reuniones..."?

El club de ajedrez tiene reuniones tanto como el club de computadoras.

'tanto como' - 'as much as' 'tan como' does not exist.
