Hola. la oracion: The eggs is in the nest. estaria correcta, lo que deseo decir es que los huevos estan en el nido.

Because eggs are plural, you have to use 'are'.
The eggs are in the nest.

Tienes que decir:
"One egg is in the nest", or
"Two or more eggs are in the nest" You must use are because the word "eggs" is plural.
