Could someone proof-read this?

Hi, I just started to learn Spanish few months ago so I am pretty sure there are a lot of grammatical errors in here =)

Sabes esos sueños que son tan vivido sino cuando estas los sonando sabes que estas en un sueño. asi que, si sueñas con una pesadilla, puedes decir a te que acueste. Bueno, sonaba con una anoche. Recuerdo que sabía estar en un sueño, pero es se sentía tan real a que tenía que me dar una palmadita, pellizcar mi mejilla y brazo para asegurar de que estaba real. Y despues de pellizcos todos, siguen se sentía real asi que lo creía.

Here's the english text: You know those dreams that are so vivid they seem real but while you're dreaming them you know that you are in a dream. So, say, if you are having in a nightmare (chased by a man in your neighbourhood, for example) you can just tell yourself to wake up. Well I had one last night. I remember that I was aware of the dream, but then it felt so very real that I had to pat myself, pull my cheek, and pinch my upper arm to make sure that it was real. And after all the self-poking, it still felt real, so I came to believe that it was.

I still have a couple of questions though, in the 4th line it's written "lo sentí tan real," while in the 5th line it's written "se sentía real." Why are they different? In the english one, both are written as "it felt real."

Sabes que esos sueños que son tan vívidos se ven reales pero mientras los estás soñando sabes que estás en un sueño. Así que, si estás teniendo una pesadilla (ser perseguido por un hombre en tu barrio, por ejemplo) simplemente puedes despertarte. Bien, tuve uno anoche. Recuerdo que ya estaba advertido del sueño, pero lo sentí tan real que tuve que darme una palmadita, tirar de mi mejilla y pellizcar mi brazo para asegurarme de que era real. Y después de pellizcarme, todavía se sentía real, así que creí que lo era.
