Text from Spanish Newspaper

Today in my Spanish class we had the most awful piece of text to read, cut out from a Spanish Newspaper (political) Without typing out about 6 paragraphs - does anyone know what ..... sera para lo del "dinde" means. Even the Spanish teacher was unable to explain. Thanks in advance - I have until Wednesday to try and find out.

Could you give us the whole sentence? I haven't found "dinde" in my dictionaries either.

Yes to follow - it´s a whole load of typing though. Thanks - caza, Oct 20, 2009

Is it possible that it was referring to something French? Dinde is a French name for a turkey.

I don't think it was a typo, though "o" and "i" are keyboard neighbours and maybe it was meant to be "donde".

I thought it might be something to do with referring to someone as a "turkey" - caza, Oct 20, 2009

I know, it´s in a great long paragraph so I just wondered if anyone knew off-hand the meaning of the expression - caza, Oct 20, 2009
